According to the governor’s spokes person, “the governor and the administration is even surprise about the accusation coming from one legal activist and one APC politician chief Yomi Aliu, the allegation that the chief Judge is to be comporsorily retired is a statement of imagination of the lawyer.
“Because, there is no truth in it, I think the issue of retirement in serving Judicial Officer is to be regulated by Laws and procedures processes which is outside the control of governor or whoever.
“Is already listed and stated so there is no truth in that allegation that the governor is trying to comporsorily retired the state chief Judge.
“Infact the level of cordiality between the two leaders are enormous are mavelous, at the inauguration of the state assembly the chief judge and all other state leaders were there
“No rancor, no conflict, no differences but you know the defeated politicians of the APC are still unhappy and they want to see whatever they can do to create disaffection, to create crisis.
But the reality is that the governor is not bothered is so focus on delivery of good roads, health education and some other challenges.
“You know why I said that is, retirement age is govern by law, the Constitution and everything it applies seamlessly without anybody invoking it.
“Why will the head of the executive arm now say somebody must go, you know governor Ademola Adeleke you know him, you yourself know him anchor you know the type of person he is.
“We are after delivery on good governance nobody is after
going after anybody, this is regulated what does the law says, what does the Constitution says, what are the procedures ?
“And there is a commission that handle all these, so it just a statement of imagination.”
“And let me also give you a particular instance chief Yomi Aliu, you know the role he played during election tribunal, he was the one that wrote that there is insecurity in Osun and that they should move the tribunal to Abuja.
“And when it was investigated it was found to be false that there was no insecurity in Osun, so what am trying to say is that Chief Aliu is found of raising false alarm, this one is also another false alarm.”
